Fundamental products to Eat for Transsexuals, why many do not succeed in their diet ?
Unleash the woman inside yourself.
Right Mind's attitude, right action, right behavior, right food. ..
Trans, take care of her!, Women, take care of her! Men, take care of him!

-The "lose weight in less than 3 weeks", or a month just won’t work, so don’t try it. Guaranteed !!
-Al weight watchers stuff can help, but we need much more especially those who are on female Hormons…
-Organic diet work, but I prefer the natural way, and it is cheaper.

The way we set up our minds is very important, and not using too much the words: “Avoid, Avoid”, “I will Stay away from….”, “I Must not Eat, this or that” … will be of great help !

If you have chosen the right food and the right quantities to eat, then what is not eaten, is automatically avoided, and no need to chew over about it anymore.
It is certainly good to know what not to eat, for our knowledge.. Known and forgotten !
Ja ! Positive and direct first.

Getting some knowledge about the food that contains vitamins and proteins its fine, but going mad about it and wanting to know where are the minerals, the selenium, the acids, the B6/B3/ The folic acid, retinol, vitamin hxz ½ w(2) and all the jargon words used for food, is just madness.

Another thing that also helps, you are not doing this whole process for your self, but for her if you are a lady or for him/her if you are a Trans like me.

I am aware that working in an office and the rush hour is a problem for the majority of people, and most of the time you need to take home your work from the office, as a deadline has been imposed to you, and you just gotta finish it on time. That’s true.
But you gotta eat too, and eat good !
You can't just sit in front of the Pc with your paper work on the side, while eating popcorn and sipping a coke,,, No, no, no…
Please do it right, take those 5/10 min to have a fresh snack and you will feel much better..

Habits are tough to break, depending how though you have classified them.
Nouns and adjectives used will be like a barrier for our mind. Not calling names much better.

Here what I have found and experienced for myself, about food, weight loss...

About Eating, it is important to eat Frequently Right food, and Light food...

Hot food is fine, but not all the time,
Small sandwiches with tomato cucumber, and light cheese lend a hand to your stomach and brain, when you are too busy and starving.
Keep always in the fridge few tomatoes and brown bread, few nuts and bananas to have it as a snack when you feel.

Not paying much attention to chicken, pork, or liver which contain a lot of testosterone, however if you like it a lot, then cook it yourself.. so it wont be so greasy.
Eat it only 2 days a week, then less and less.
A beef steak is a much better choice and not overcooked.

Scrambled eggs, with tomatoes on the side and little brown bread gives the right calories.

Lots of Vegetables help the memory, losing weight, and keep us hydrated and are easily digested, will give us mental power and all the minerals needed.

Spinach, zucchini, bean sprout, broccoli and carrots are in my preferences for various reasons.
There is no need to know about all minerals contained in them, its enough to know that they are all there..
Who is the strongest a****l on earth ? The elephant! And what does it eat? Greens only.. no meat.

Salads: As a dressing, can add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice. Other salad dressing.
Spreading few raw nuts and olives it’s a nice idea, to get something to munch on.

The simplest to make: Tomato, cucumber, red salad leafs, onions.
Other: Little round Tomatoes, green salad leaves, feta cheese, carrots.
Tuna salad with tomato, and corns, lemon juice, and turkey or chicken.
If you got some more time, then can change and have, Salad green leaves, peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms, some corns, and if you can have some spinach on the side, you won the lottery for the day.
Other salads to buy ready made
Have you ever tried the beet root salad ? wow that’s great and different, cheap in asda..
Coleslaw salad, I'd take that too.

From 3 months I am eating soybeans, egg plants, and others to help the level of Oestrogen, necessary for female transformation.

Bananas and kiwi, keep your stomach satisfied and reach the intestine in about 3 hours.
Strawberries, Apricots, Lemons are such a great choice.

Papaya, orange, mango and Ananas, help to keep the skin healthy and lovely.
Take it from me, having lived in Thailand for long time, I use to watch the Russian women going to market and buying only that kind of fruit… Russian women are mad about their skin, and you can see the results when you look at them.
Thai skin of course, just smells good and velvet like

Apples, and oranges contain vitamins C and D. The D is useful for the immunization system, bones improvement, muscles…. C is essential for teeth gum, repair of the bones, skin .. so much more… it helps the formation of the collagen which maintain our skin in the pink.
You know those kind of creams that we all buy collagen based? they help our skin to be smoother and reduce wrinkles. Therefore eating orange and apples, along with papaya and mangos, really helps.

Reminding that Saying… avoid, avoid, avoid, concentrated sugars, chocolate/syrups/honey, blah blah …. It is not suitable.. if you are aware of what to eat, what is not eaten, is not eaten! and forgotten, that’s all…
However it is good to be conscious of what to avoid to know it, and knowing that frozen food, only fills the stomach and does not give any protein, is a plus.

Fish at least twice a week gives you the right protein of the Omega 3, useful to get the acid fats. Easy to cook and you will love it.

Nuts do contain lots of protein along with fibers and cereals.another oestrogen stimulator.
Morning cereals with milk, is just wonderful. If you cannot drink milk or are allergic to it, eat the cereals row, or in hot water.

Cheese gets stuck on various parts on the intestine, and difficult to digest, it will retained for quite few hours.... Light cheese is fine.
Low Sugar Fruits, are fantastic.

Green tea is a must 2/3 times a day.

Integral brown bread instead of white bread, if you don’t like bread then try to eat legumes passing up eating many beans if you see clients, for obvious reasons..

For Trans or Ladies on tour, or for those a bit lazy in cooking,,,
Learning something, practicing, experimenting will deepen your knowledge about food and ingredients.
If there is no cooker, then obviously you will have to turn to the daily pret a manger hotwraps and sandwiches which might become boring after a while.
Switching to some asian food falafel, or making your own sandwiches just by buying brown bread, some tomatoes, light cheese, salad a plastic plate, makes it all better, between one customer and another, before the main meal.

Last not the slightest, my favorite pasta, which supply carbo.H and its immediate energy...
Most runners before their race, eat pasta.

Honey and marmalade ? Yes they are too sugary, however having them in the morning is not so bad, and will be fastly burned due to the busy day to be organized.

Water, Water a lot, even if you do not feel.

Sex-ercise is good, but too stagnant, exercise while walking and moving your hips like in the marathon helps a lot..
Practicing those basic exercises hips rise, side jump and squats, makes our body feeling alive-r.

We just need to eat things that we can burn quickly until the next meal.

Eating a cake, and then after three hours eating again? .. no no no , cos half of the cake's fat will be burnt in 3 hours, but on the next meal you will have to burn that, plus the half cake still not digested, and that is how fat accumulates.

My friend once told me .. Jenny, I wish mosquito instead of sucking blood, were sucking fat..!

Avoiding alcohol? Naa why ?
Its nice to get a drink with someone to socialize, or a glass of wine to keep the blood redder… not so fine when it is used as an anti depressant…
Just be aware of how it makes your cells sleepy, disturbs your digestion, dries your skin, damage the brain, makes us less aware and attentive, gives us a false sense of self-confidence, messes up our appetite and you’ll be fine.

.Personally I like the baileys, or amaretto, or sambuca, but have made it a rule to drink it on monday and friday, after 9pm, one little glass with ice, if I get the chance.

Personally

-Typically daily, before showering I need a quick coffe, (and the only one) for the day and 2 slices of brown bread with a light coat of marmalade. Some times honey.
or
-I switch to cereals with low at med-hot soya milk and a banana.
or
- Green tea, Scrambled eggs with brown bread and orange juice.

I am not interested in calculating calories and grams, as I got used to it.

Later at around 11am, whether I feel hungry or not, I have taken the habit to eat a green salad, easy to make with nuts and olives,, all depending on the mood, and if I have an appointment or not. I can add some tomatoes and little bread.

It could be that around 1pm I will eat a cup of greek yogurt, and mango or kiwi

At times I might switch to some pasta instead. and if I do eat pasta I make sure to eat a fruit before it.

At 6/7 pm if I am free, I will make some cooked spinach with a salad and some carrots, along with some white or brown bread or pitta bread slightly coated with cheese spread.
Other times when the day comes, I will have a fish with small tomatoes garnish and zucchini.

Fruit Fruit, can be eaten anytime, there is no harm in eating fruit. Small quantity.
Carrots are fantastic to eat when you feel, and it Is best to eat papaya in the morning, or not-late afternoon

Limiting the caffeine, using some coconut oil instead of heavy butter and lard, or gelatine supplements, instead of Fatty foods.
Too much fat will increase the level of androgen, and we don’t need that, and if we want to grow the breasts, therefore the foods which can be of great help are:
Soybeans, and soy beans products, plants food, fibers, and tofu too used by Trans tv based in Mumbay;
Also soy beans veggy burger, bran flakes, so on.

I am actually about to order on ebay the flax-seed, which increases the level of oestrogen and can spread over fruit, salads, cereals and even yogurt

My Jenny is a very sweet T-girl, but when it comes to fight bad habits and laziness, then it does not matter what her tastes are, and what she likes to delight her palat, she must eat what is good and healthy. Take care of yourself please and don't impose to yourself to avoid Junk-Food, if you do so then you might possibly activate a mechanism that will cause to eat it ... Therefore when see junk food, say to yourself that you love your feminine figure, and if your man's name was let's say Andrew, and your Trans figure is Jasmin, then Andrew will take care of the Jasmin-Trans inside him. "Wow, mhmhm i see junk food, oh ok never mind, 'k that !, love Jasmin" ,,,, .
.
I am sure of what I am saying, nevertheless do your nice research before stuffing up your stomach with products…. Research, ask, re-ask the experts, friends and other Trans. Do join Transx forums.

I know what is working for me as I know well my body, and each body system differs.
Last word on some vegetables, I love broccoli but I will have them once a week or 2, and cauliflower too, as they seem to increase the level of Testosterone and what we Trans need right now is Oestrogen.

Eating often / Right food / and Light food is the way.
